What’s included?

A comprehensive list of features is available above, but your system would include a fully managed set-up based on your requirements, website branding, hosting with back-ups, SSL certification, and a domain name, event pages, email and helpline set-up, registration set-up, and email comms.

How much does the system cost?

Each system is individual, so it completely depends on your requirements. We generally charge an initial set-up fee, and a monthly payment covers everything else.

Can you manage my delegates?

Of course. Delegate management isn’t included in our fees, but we’re highly experience at providing this service if needed.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Our minimum commitment is 3 months – giving us enough time to check what you need, set everything up, test it out, and get your delegates registered. After this you can cancel at any time, or pay a small monthly fee to keep the site running for potential future use.

My event is annual, can I re-use the site every year?

Sure. You can pay a small fee to put the site into ‘dormant’ mode after your event until you’re ready to use it again – saving on the initial set-up next time around.

Can you manage my event?
